Product Description

6. Thickness of zinc plated layer: 5-8 um zinc coated
7. Surface outlook: Both ends of tube without rag, corner processing, smooth, absence of istortion.

10. Bending capability: Bending tube with tools of 25mm radius, bending torsion should no more than 11NM

12. PVC package requirement
Steel tube should be covered with PVC after zinc plating, single wall thickness is 0.65±0.2mm.
There is 20-50mm naked tube without PVC at the roll ends. Both ends are fit with white plastic jacket.

CNG/LPG high pressure pipes , is used single-wall low carbon steel tube . it may be zinc-coated for corrosion protection. Then wrap 360° PVC coating outside .
