Product Description

PA12 nylon Bundy tube is coated with organic material PA12 on the outer surface of the double wall copper brazed white zinc plated tube. The most common PA12 granular is transparent and black. The black PA12 tubes were widely used in vehicles.   
 PA12 coated double wall bundy tube can be used for fuel lines,brake lines,oil lines of Automotive uses,cooling units of refrigeration uses ect. 

Coating and Test Performance

 PA12 nylon Bundy tube, the most significant advantage is that the nylon layer coating thickness is between 150 μm -200 μm, which ensures its stronger corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

 Our PA12 coated steel Bundy tubing is available in outer diameters 4.76mm, 6mm, 6.35mm, 8mm with wall thicknesses 0.028″.
